We've sort of just silently gone away from the idea that terrorism is driving the defense budget in important ways. I think you talk in the book about trying to wind this thing down because it's manageable at a kind of peacetime level of effort with some small tactical exceptions here and there. But China is really driving the discussion. If we ever get in a land war in Asia, again, shame on us. That would be so as strategic. Hey, could happen. We all should be concerned about it.
