There's so much resentment against paying for parking, that i think we actually hav a very high sense ogevity. Just a very moderate toll can clear the roads out, or clear the street out with fairly fairly tease. And again, just the sheer resentment that people get when they start thinking about having to pay extra for parking or driving at a peaku time. Never mind the point ofwl. What good is it for to be free if you can't do it right exactly? All i fail to see there's any connection at all between the price and the availability. We you out of your mind.
