The Role of Culture in Economic Freedom

There's a lot more going on there that actually contributes to the state or regime of economic freedom beyond just formal rules I guess there's also a cultural element is what you wanted to look at. That's exactly right that's what I wanted to be able to get to and it's still I've ended up spending you know 15 years kind of doing this, in the sense because it's interesting and fascinating but it's not always always that easy to show convincingly so it's been fun.
