More and more teachers are leaving the profession because they're called to do two things. They live in a school environment which is less about community, more about profitability and productivity. So you've got this radical individualism alongside an optimization. And those two things actually go against each other. We're running into a crisis with this stuff. It's falling over. But what I can give in the spirit of rebuilders is this is going to be ground up emergent answers that will come from people.
