You have to just trust that silicon valle will not violate your privacy, eventoug the've been violating it this whole time. This is why i say this is about opening markets, because if you have laws like this on the books, you can make a better sale, pitch to people. Don't worry about the bad stuff. The government is going to insure your rights against these naughty corporations. They all work together as a public private partnership.
