The Sabbath Is About Trust

In Genesis 1, God creates a pattern for time by naming the day as quote evening followed by morning. Theologically, the day starts with sleep and the week starts with Sabbath rest from Genesis 1 to the right. Shabbat can also be translated to delight or to throw a party or to celebrate. It's that kind of arrest, not just that I'm in a fugue and grumpy and so I sleep on the couch all afternoon but what would fill my soul with joy?
