She was kidnapped by the Syrians. And now she's working in the household of the general of the Syrian army, Naaman. She comes to Naaman's wife and says, well, there's a man in Israel, a man of God in Israel, named Elijah, who can heal my master. It could be because he actually was a honorable man who just happened to be a kidnapper as well.
