M&A Commentary from Larry, Opening Bell Countdown, UnitedHealth's Performance

Carl Quintanilla and Jim Cramer began the hour by breaking down quarterly results from the big banks as JPMorgan, Citi and Wells Fargo all beat earnings estimates. The anchors also discussed the Microsoft-Activision deal officially closing after the UK’s CMA gave the green light for the $69 billion transaction. After the opening bells, the desk spoke exclusively with Blackrock CEO Larry Fink, who joined the anchors on set at Post 9. BlackRock posted a rise in profits, and reached over $9 trillion in assets under management.
