But in this season right now, any time i'm working with someone that is really stressed and anxious, i'm advising find something that disengages your mind. I just started boxingh and i say it's for fun, i leave and go. And o'm back to asucause boxing was too hardit complicated well. The same about jugits, because i've done a few jugi lessons, and a got my arm about twisted off and went, i think i'll box. If we get in a flight, you can try to stay on our feet, and i try to take you down
