How Does Amazon Influence Change Management?
i like to stick with people process tec and understand the different impacts at whatever knob or lever we're pulling. And typically, i think, when i've used that insures it lest things fall through the cracks. My amazon also leans on this idea of mechanisms to help apply learning and solutions at scale. Even simple things like weekly business review. I've taken that from a lot of companies do weekly busness reviews, but i've kind of crafted it to my own version where it's very metric driven.
