What you should be doing for wait loss is pretty consistent in terms of eating and exercise. I don't think that message has really changed for a long time. It's about working with what you have to do those changes better. The majority of australians are batlers or thinkers, so why? Why is this y? That's a really good question, and one that we don't really have the answer to at the moment.
