Why Can't We Just Do It Right?

In 2014 PG&E equipment started over 400 fires. CPUC is still debating if there is a fire risk for the third year in a row. Prosecutors like 13.5 million isn't enough and they're like we want 1.13 billion for extraordinary circumstances. Why can't we just do it right? You just- The rent and death. China kills CEOs but it's still- if they do something that China will execute them. Right. But it would- I bet it lessens it. At least I would be like that's good.
