Teaching Can Make You Better
The act of teaching is actually one of my favorite ways to learn myself. It forces you to clarify your thoughts and your knowledge in a way that other people much further down the ladder can understand. So t there is a serious benefit to the expert and to the coach, just through teaching, it will make you better as well.
