How to Promote Your Podcast on a Weekly Basis

On a weekly basis you typically create three unique pieces of content to promote each episode one is the real with the video talking head of the guest. The second is a carousel post of direct quotes from the episode and the third being of course the lighthearted post on Friday. On those type of posts people are sharing more but not engaging in conversation as much in terms of comments or do you find that it's more I guess conversation heavy and not as share heavy like this week where it was like here are some reminders if you need to hear them.
