Eliezer says there's a substantial advantage in knowing the drop dead basic fundamental embarrassingly simple mathematics and as many different subjects as you can manage. He wants someone to write a book called the simple math of everything or they could call something else if they really want to because they're special. It is a book written for people who are good at math might not be really that lady of a volume just has the simple basic first level math of everything in it. How long does it take to explain Bayes rule to someone who's good at math? And he says this would be a huge advantage to everybody in the world.
