Do You Have to Use All Four Habits at the Same Time?
You don't have to use all four strategies at the same time. In many cases, you'll only need to use one or two to kind of get over the friction and have that new habit built. So first law of behavior change, make it obvious. Just keep some fruit in a bowl or a clear jar of nuts on the counter so that it's easy for you to see what you should be eating rather than the bad stuff which is out there.
