Trama to an Anchbanura

i'm pretty sure i was the one who first started talking to you. You know, i think being aware of what trama does to us is so important. If psychadelics are an accelerator, i being really real with yourself is a massive accelerator. When we're able to process that drama, hear's what happens. The reactivity in the moment starts calming down and clarity in the moment goes way up. And we start to see opportunities, rather than just seeing the overwhelm and rather than just reacting.
