The Obama Administration's Strategy to Overturn the Dobbs Decision

Congress gave the FDA the authority to determine what drugs are safe and effective in 1938. It takes years, millions of dollars to determine the drug is safe or not safe. And this guy came in and was like, look, I just did my own research. He decided that this thing is not safe. The administration has basically sort of sidestepped the question. HHS Secretary this weekend basically wouldn't take it off the table. Then the administration today said, no, we're not going to do that right now. We're not Going to ignore the ruling.
