Wizard of Earth Sea - The Imminent Grove
Wel, you've written about how leguin wove eastern philosophies into this book. In earth sea, the school of magic exists on the isle of rokue in a place called the imminent grove. The source of magic and power in this universe, its home begins on an island in this uncanny stand of trees. I think it was a concept that jumped out at me immediately, even though i didn't know what the word meant. And so over the time of of me just like trying to understand this world, and as she wrote more and more about it,. i just got more and more intrigued by it.
