Bacon, Banana and Brioche - The Key Ingredient
I wasn't really able to eat this sort of food very often. So it was sort of seen as a massive treat, but then obviously I retired from sport and could do what I like. The brioche has been dipped in basically what you'd normally dip eggy bread in so egg, cinnamon, and then put in the oven. This is one of those snacks where when it's first unveiled, you go, oh, my God, and then my mouth's kind of watering. We need maple syrup in there. It's one of the key ingredients.
