Chris was training with guys that i did a lot of trail running with. They wanted to try to average a seven minute mile for a half marathon. To this day, i really have no idea what our programme was. I just showed up and ran with them. A, ended up getting hurt. Ah, and missed some of the a, i had an e tea band issue which i know you're very familiar with. So focused more on my speed. When set that five k p r and the half marithon par it was the same week end. And i think i performed as well as i did in the half, because i broke that 20 minute barrier in the five k
