Biden's Attorney General Names Robert Herr, Special Counsel to Investigate Biden Documents

Attorney General Merrick Garland on Thursday named Robert Herr, a former US attorney during the Trump administration, a special counsel to examine why classified documents were found at President Biden's home and office. The National Archives and Inspector General notified a Justice Department prosecutor on November 4th. Five weeks later, on December 20th, Mr. Biden's lawyer has told Mr. Loush that additional documents with classified markings have been discovered in the garage of Mr. Biden’s home in Wilmington.
