How to Survive in a Normal Rate Environment
Lingon: Survival in this type of rate environment is going to be a function of picking your places on the curve. He expects that things will look wonderful from an economic perspective, certainly in the context of what we would normally anticipate between now and the end of the year. But he says come the fourth quarter, we're starting to see more evidence of the cumulative impact of policy type.
