In the 1980s an Italian called Francesco Cerillo had an epiphany that work was easier if tackled in small chunks. He also had a kitchen timer shaped like a tomato. Put the two together and you get the pomodoro technique from the Italian for tomato. It's a way of overcoming procrastination by making work seem manageable. You work for 25 minutes then take a break. So let's see if it all worked for me. In just 25 minutes can I find a productivity guru to solve my problems?
