How to Reducing Fear

The Buddha taught that our fear is great but greater yet is the truth of your connectedness if you can remember your connectedness to something larger the fear will go down. We need ways to get back and get somewhat regulated be safe enough to then be able to move through the fear. It's a meditative practice of bringing to mind some sense of a loving other. The key things to know is that we each have to customize working with fear for ourselves at any moment.
