What's the Difference Between Asian and Chinese?

i feel like a lot of the times there's a big emphasis on being asian american, or like currin American. And in that process, lose a lot of knowledge of, like, the actual country. I think it is really interesting to hear about these different cultural backgrounds and how people grow up differently from yourself.
