How Would You Approach a B2B Industry Like This?
A friend of mine works for a VC firm, but they acquired this company that sells lighting solutions to essentially Amazon sized warehouses. He's at the point where his backs against the wall, he's burned through the funding. How would you approach something like this? I mean, do you feel like a strategy like this would work when it's so niche,. Obviously, that's why there's so much money in the business. But what would you recommend to a company like this?
