God's Light Flooded Out of the Temple
The ancient Israelites knew that God was a source of true light. But unfortunately just like the first humans, they slowly turned away and listened to other voices. They were sent into exile out of the promised land. And so from then on, the people are back in darkness waiting for the promised Messiah to come.
