Is Blood Meridian in Your Top 5?

I detested blood meridian. I didn't get anything out of stone soup, although you know, obviously it's a picture book for kids and kids tend to like it. But the books were so good overall that that ended up being the fifth least light book of mine. And what's funny is I enjoyed born standing up. Yeah, yeah. We should have put that in. You know, again, has to do with, you know, as we talked about in the episode, all sorts of stuff but it's still a worthwhile book in lots of respects.
