Do the measurement. It's just a one minute measurement. It really doesn't take long. And by doing it before you've had any drinks, caffeine, food, any like morning stretching exercises or looked at social media or anything else like that,. Because what we're trying to get to is the underlying level of the body's recovery. The best way to create that baseline and make the application the software really sensitive. Yeah.
