Fuel contamination was not known to the flight crew and any person before and during the flight. S a p spher started to effect the engine fuel component operation. The investigation cannot determine the exact mechanism of how the s a p spears had effected the main meter in valve operations, from stiction to final complete seizure. They just can't precisely say how much was too much and when it happened. Just no, it was enough, and it messed up the aviation.
