Is There a Diabolical Design?

Many western experts are still being petuated by many experts in the west and oher. One argument that has been on my mind, and it doesn't sit well with me is the fact that certain western analists keep repeating this point about to president puthin having special regardfor anniversaries of important historical events in russia's history. And there are eno general points about there being some sort of a diabolical design instead of a genuine purity. Anxieties for russia that weare feeling encircled - i don't really see the west having a very amenable view in this regard to russia.
