The Benefits of Extended Anticoagulation for Recurrent VTE

A recent systematic review on extended anticoagulation for VTE published in chest at exactly the same time. Both treatments vitamin K antagonist and doax reduce your risk of recurrent VTE. But only do the doax reduced your risk of mortality because Warfarin and vitamin K antagonist are benefits. If you inform the decision here at one year the evidence suggests you can get important reductions in VTE if you continue treatment for a year.
