The Supreme Court's Disappointment of a Leftist Professor
The Supreme Court said the plaintiffs don't have standing and they're not being prosecuted. They put in scare quotes that all they say is that they feel inhibited. But like, there's a concept in free speech, right? Like chilled speech. When laws chill speech, that is a reason to hold them unconstitutional.
