Increasing Your Mileage Is a Smart Avenue for Improvement

i think increasing your mileage is probably a pretty good avenue for improvement at this stage of the game. You don't necessarily have to just keep building mileage, you know, week after week. It can be a very gradual process. But i love to see runners running 15, 16, 18 miles when they're training for a five k. It's only going to make them stronger.
