How to Score Low Scored Leads

Sales reps can see the lead score and that we have some dashboards built in as well. So every day when a sales rep logs into sales force they see all the leads assigned to them and then they can sort them based on the lead score. It is across the board so it's I think going to be accurate on one lead compared to another or even like from around Robin perspective say we can't map a lead to an account.
