The Future of National Security
We're encouraging commercial entities to think about this and start inventorying their encryption use so that they can then get on a path to similarly arrive at a secure place before quantum computers. This can be thought of kind of like a Y2K problem, we see it coming. It's going to take deliberate effort to identify and then address all of the places where quantum vulnerable activities are taking place. Those will rely on those public standards. We're on a journey where the national security systems will be upgraded and secured by 2034 is the goal.
