The Importance of Trust in Therapy
I would always, always ask for another group meeting. And if we did our jobs, right, like humans, we love talking about problems. This should be a really, really enjoyable experience for them because they've got someone on the outside who's helping them think through it. So I'm seeing way less picking apart the solution because there's a belief that this person truly understands us.
