"There's many reasons why i kind of fell down in maintaining my routine s and a whole bunch of my, like, work structures that i had been really great about over the past year and a quarter just didn't hold up for me. Like it was a bit of a perfect storm of different intersecting things," he says. "It wasn't a great time, but i feel like i came out of it with a really clear lesson."
