Concessions work best when there's a fair amount of stress. Accommodation is great when as important to them and i don't care so much. If people are overwhelmed withsr, save it for another day or meeting. People have to get their needs met at some point. It doesn't take much time to flip a coin or split the difference. Instead of spending an hour discussing what time to meet, let's justsplit the difference. That's compromising, all riht sure.
