How to Sell Clients on the Value of Testing
Financial value has to be very closely tied to perceived value. If clients don't have a concept of what the value of testing is, they're not going to appreciate it. I think working in sprints or working more agile has really made a big difference on how you can naturally get things like accessibility and research into the process.
