Introduction
Paul Robitai is a former member of the National Assembly of Quebec but from 1990 to 1996 she lived and worked in Moscow. She covered the collapse of the Soviet Union the independent republics that came out of that to the change. Paul recently returned to the region after more than 25 years away with her new series called Back to the USSR.
