How to Calculate a Super Majority Number
I think it's kind of crazy when the argument starts out as, we can't get everybody to agree and we need to protect the rights of the minority. I expect in America, that would be something like 55%. It's not even like a huge gap, just like more than our current system. But this holds true for any electoral system. We're just requiring a higher threshold to actually be the victor. That's a different thing from talking about a system where we're going to require states to win.
