Should She Lose Her Tenure if No One Takes Her Classes?
The students have voted with their feet and I expressed a kind of indifference David right they're just not taking her classes like apparently her enrollment was down to like a couple of students. That is a really interesting form of ostracism and social censure that students have in their power and they've exercised that at other schools. Should that lose her tenure if no one takes her classes should she lose tenure? I mean it's such a funny thing because it means you're not doing your job right like you're there to teach but I don't think universities really have a way to say if nobody's taking your classes then you're gone. There might be perfectly good faculty who people don't want
