Saints Row is a B tier open world crime game. It's almost as good as Saints Row 2 from 12 years ago, right? I think oftentimes four studios of a certain size that have an amount of history behind them are usually capable of turning out a good game. But this felt starkly distinctly not good and also not okay, which is why I label it that it's like not okay, we're not good. And the visuals aren't going to blow you away.
