Heaton: The question isn't logic when you come to the contributions. He says if I, Andrew Heaton, really care about a candidate or an issue, I can spend as much as I want on that because it's an extension of my speech. But it sounds like what you're wanting to do is to restrict my freedom of speech on the potentiality that it ends up being corruptive.
