The Cosmic Dimension of Peace

For Gregory, God is peace. He doesn't want a revolution or violence. He wants things to be working together. In our soul, on the one hand, through the reciprocal and co-operative allegiance of its virtues and our body on the other, the happy marriage of form and functionants, constituent members, these the former both is and is called beauty, the latter health. So that way this that we are brought back to God in peace, our divinization then is to resemble God and to be loving, to be peacemakers.
