The 30 and the 40 year olds that really have to be like, Oh my God, I need to be investing 15 20%, which is a heavy toll on your paycheck. That 15 20% is going to go much further during a bear market than it would when the market's hitting all time highs. If you really believe that it's going to recover over time, there's no reason why you shouldn't be shopping out of the stock market when it's red.
