The Importance of Having a System

Like having a bunch of tools but not being sworn or like addicted to those tools. The whole point of system is to help us make sense of something and if it's no longer helping you, then the system is no more. I haven't touched a barbell in so many years like all my chess workouts now or like one arm. That's what makes my best my chest has ever looked. You could use that for like a parallel at a roll like you mentioned too.
