i think it's a trap sometimes to be like, i want to work in a job that has impact. often the impact is out of your control. If you care about impact, there are easier paths by which you can have impact than trying to climb the corporate ladder. Ye, it may or may not be codified with a job title,. and you may or might not be ok with that.
